  • Feb. 6 – Tai Chi for Parkinson

    Offered weekly at 2 p.m. We will be partnering with Brenau University to enable their Masters in Occupational Therapy students to conduct their thesis research on Tai Chi and Parkinson’s. Cost will be $5 per class. Open to those with Parkinson’s disease, as well as their caregivers. Participants will be shoeless for class and can choose to sit or stand. Meeting held at Aloha To Aging, Inc.


  • Feb. 8 – Open Hearts for Seniors

    Our Open Hearts for Seniors event recognizes three remarkable contributors to the lives of seniors in north Fulton: Mr. Ray Doan, Kimberly-Clark Corporation, and The Sandy Springs Society. Each of these honorees goes above and beyond to lend their time, talents and resources to make the lives of others better. Celebrate with Senior Services North Fulton on Saturday, February 8, at the beautiful Atlanta Athletic Club. You will enjoy a formal dinner, silent and live auctions, and dancing to the music of The Grapevine.   • Feb. 18 – Roswell Inc. After Hours at CaraVita

    Join Roswell Inc. – formerly the Roswell Business Alliance – on February 18th from 5:30-7:30 p.m. for networking, drinks and appetizers at CaraVita Home Care. Roswell Inc. was formed to encourage a strong business community in Roswell. A dynamic business community adds to the quality of life for Roswell residents and attracts visitors to the area. Roswell Inc. is an action-oriented organization that helps give a united voice to the Roswell business community and positions Roswell as one of the best places in the Southeast to do business.   • Feb. 18 – Elder Abuse – What You Need to Know

    No one thinks they will be a victim, but there are many forms financial, legal, physical, etc. This program will provide information about elder abuse and how to identify, prevent and report it.     If you are 55+, come learn ways to revitalize your brain while having fun! There will be a healthy lunch served and multiple brain building games and prizes. Program is held at Catholic Church of St. Ann 4905 Roswell Rd, Marietta, GA 30062, La Sallette Hall behind the administrative building on Bishop Lake.


  • Feb. 27 – Women’s Wine Tasting Event

    Helping you be more beautiful inside and out! Join us on Thursday, February 27 for a Wine Tasting and Mini-Lectures on Women’s Beauty Topics. The event will be held on the ground floor of the North Fulton Medical Plaza at 4500 Hospital Boulevard. CaraVita will have a table at the event!     Join Aloha to Aging on Thursday, Feb 27th at 7:00 p.m. for our grief recovery support group, where you can find help and healing for the hurt of losing an elderly loved one.
