Physical Mobility and Assistance

Bed to Wheelchair Assistance

Most often when a family calls for services, the individual needing the services has some mobility, safety, cognitive, or physical challenge. Our team seeks to evaluate these needs and provide assistance to an individual so they can safely participate as much as possible in their care to gain a greater sense of self well-being and independence.

  • Transfers in and out of bed, chair, toilet, shower/tub, car, and over uneven terrain
  • Positioning, pressure relief, or turning in bed
  • Wheelchair or mobility devise assistance
  • Eating
  • Use of adaptive devise for transfers like Hoyer lifts and transfer belts
