A Year to Remember at CaraVita.
As we reflect back on the year that has been, we are proud of all we have accomplished. 2012 has been a hallmark year for CaraVita Home Care, one filled with growth in business and service offerings, recognition for our dedication to loving service, and the opportunity to use our success as a continued platform for even greater accomplishments both in senior care and in our community.
This year, we moved our office space from Canton Street to 648 Mimosa Boulevard in Roswell to facilitate an expansion in the capabilities of our SmartHouse (a one of a kind in North Fulton), and to give us room to open an in-house training facility – The Academy at CaraVita. The Academy will benefit our clients in a real and meaningful way. As we train prospective Certified Nursing Assistants in the CaraVita methodology for care, we produce loving and compassionate caregivers, skilled and dedicated servants, and a team that provides the finest quality in-home care. The Academy also provides the resources and tools for family training, so that you too can learn best practices in care, and together as a team, we can ensure that your loved ones age gracefully and in place.
In 2012, our dedication to staff and workplace paid dividends, as CaraVita Home Care was named for the first time as one of Atlanta’s Best Places to Work. It’s our belief that great companies – and especially great senior care companies – are built and sustained by talented practitioners and tireless advocates. To that end, our business model begins with custom-tailored care plans designed and managed by a professional team, not a scheduler. We believe our Best Places to Work status is reflected back to you in the quality of care you receive.
This year, our founder and CEO Beth Cayce was named the Greater North Fulton Chamber of Commerce’s Small Business Person of the Year for 2012, an honor she credits first to you, for your unwavering support, feedback and love. Beth was also given the first annual Georgia-ALFA Leadership Award, and was touched to learn that the award will henceforth bear her name in honor of a lifetime dedicated to senior care. The Georgia-ALFA Beth Cayce Leadership Award will be given each year to Georgia’s most influential and impactful individual in the senior care industry. That Georgia’s highest senior care award bears our founder’s name only strengthens our belief in the CaraVita Difference, and bolsters our commitment to providing the highest in care to those we serve.
We sincerely wish you the happiest of holidays, and look forward to another banner year in 2013. As we continue to reach for the highest levels of excellence in care, we know that none of it would be possible without the families, caregivers, partners and seniors we serve. Thank you, from the bottom of our hearts, for the best year in our company’s history.
