About the Fregene Family

Boyo Fregene came to the United States in 2010 from her native Nigeria. Boyo is the youngest of 8 children and all but 2 of her siblings are now in America. Her fiance and father of her 2 precious children (Oluwa – age 4 and Olawatamilore – age 2) is sill in Nigeria with plans to immigrate to the US in the future.

Boyo and the children currently live with her mother in a small apartment. She and the children share one bedroom and bath. The heating and air system is inefficient creating excessive utility bills. She is looking forward to having a Habitat home where the children can grow and have life-long friends.
