Beth CayceFounder & CEO

For more than 30 years Beth has provided leadership, rehabilitation, and health management services in a variety of senior living and health care settings including North Fulton Hospital, Piedmont Hospital, Northside Hospital, Wesley Woods, and Community Home Health.

After leaving a large organization where she was responsible for the care of more than 3,300 seniors each day, Beth decided to serve the community where she lives. Her goal for the business is to help people stay as independent as possible at home.

A tireless advocate for seniors, Beth played a critical role in the passage of the Aging in Place Bill (SB178), which permits communities to provide additional services to seniors in a setting of their choice.

Beth was named both the 2013 Georgia Small Business Person of the Year and North Fulton Small Business Person of the Year for 2012, and under her direction CaraVita Home Care was also named among the Atlanta Business Chronicle’s 2012 Best Places to Work. She serves as the Legislative Chair for the Assisted Living Federation of Georgia, board member for both Georgia Watch and Care to Learn Intl, Chairman of the Global Mission Team at Roswell United Methodist Church, Chairman of North Fulton Hospital’s Women Advisory Board, and Management Agent for both The Springs of Simpsonville Assisted Living Community and Woodland Ridge Assisted Living Community .
