Caravita Home Care Smart House

A New Location, A New CaraVita

We began as a small home care agency in 1998, with 3 employees and 10 caregivers. We’ve grown a bit since those days, and have evolved from a few core staff to a highly seasoned, multidisciplinary team of professional nurses, social workers, therapists, geriatric care managers and certified nursing assistants.

So in the spirit of growth, we’ve moved to 648 Mimosa Boulevard in Roswell! Our raised cottage home situates our business office (and our new family and professional training facilities) in a home-like setting, allowing us to showcase many new home modifications and technologies to both the families of seniors and employees seeking on-site education.

With the move, we have expanded our Smart House, allowing for hands-on demonstrations of home modification equipment, new technologies and the training that facilitates world-class homecare. The Smart House is one-of-a-kind in North Fulton and the Southeast.

In addition, we’ve added a Certified Nursing Assistant school on our ground floor that will open later this summer, and we anticipate admitting our first class by early fall. The school will offer certification training to CNA candidates, and will give CaraVita Home Care the first word in care principals for new certified nursing professionals. Our training rooms are also open to interested non-profit groups like Senior Services North Fulton.

Already thriving is our family-focused Caregiver Academy, an on-site training series for families to learn necessary care skills for loved ones. We have increased our family training opportunities to include Medication Assistant training.

All of this growth means one thing to families that partner with CaraVita: we are dedicated to the cause of excellence in senior care, and ever more able to offer you the training or care your family may need. Even at our new address, we remain true to our original vision – that we become the preferred partner of families to help keep loved ones in their desired home setting, and as safe, independent and happy as possible.

In the spirit of the new property, we invite you to tea or lemonade on our porch anytime. Our door is always open, and we hope we’ll see you soon!
